Terms of use
These terms cover the use of pangalom.com. They are not a contract for work. Any engagement with Pangalom Ltd is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
What this site is
A description of what Pangalom does. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice. Capabilities are described in general terms; what we would actually build for you depends on your situation and is agreed in writing beforehand.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee either, and content may change without notice.
Ownership
The Pangalom name, the wordmark, the text and the design of this site belong to Pangalom Ltd. You are welcome to link to it and to quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Links out
Where this site links elsewhere, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for what it does.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and so far as the law allows, Pangalom Ltd is not liable for business losses arising from use of this site, including lost profits, lost business, lost revenue, lost contracts or lost data.
If you use this site other than for the purposes of a business, we are liable for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, and not for loss that is unforeseeable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. A separate signed agreement may say otherwise, and if it does, it prevails.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; the current page is the whole of the terms.
