Tell us where it breaksContact

International Freight & Logistics

Where one wrong document is discovered at the port, and the clock is already running.

Where it breaks

The parts that never made it into the process document.

None of this is a technology problem, which is why buying technology has not fixed it.

  1. 01

The same customs data is rekeyed from a PDF into three systems by three people, and the three copies drift.

  2. 02

A container sits because one document is wrong, and the wrongness is discovered at the port rather than at the desk where it was typed.

  3. 03

Demurrage and detention appear on an invoice weeks later, as a number nobody could have seen coming and nobody now disputes.

  4. 04

A quote is built by hand from rates that changed yesterday, and the margin is found out after the job.

  5. 05

Customers ask where their freight is, and the answer is a person opening a portal and typing what they see.

What we would build

Narrow, boring, and in your environment.

Scoped against a boundary agreed in writing before anything is built, and built in increments you can evaluate one at a time.

  • Documents read once and checked against the shipment before it moves, with the disagreements raised at the desk.
  • Free time tracked per container with escalation before the charge starts, not after it lands.
  • Status answered from the same data the operations team uses, so the customer stops phoning to get it.

Not negotiable

What the agent is not allowed to do here.

Every piece of this work has a line the automation does not cross, and it is cheaper to agree it now than to discover it in an incident. These are ours in international freight & logistics.

  • A customs declaration is submitted by a person. An agent prepares it and shows what it changed.
  • Nothing is guessed on a document. A field it cannot read is a field it asks about.
  • Rate and margin logic is yours, in your system, readable by your people without us.

The six that apply to every engagement, whatever it is, are on the home page, and what an engagement costs is on pricing.

Tell us which of these is your week.

Three weeks of mapping tells you whether any of it is worth automating, and you keep the map whether or not you build with us. If it is not worth doing, we will say so.
