- Evidence captured against the job, searchable by customer, date and address on the day a dispute arrives.
- Invoice checking that flags the lines that do not match a completed job and leaves the rest alone.

- A payment to a subcontractor is released by a person, always.
- Proof of delivery is retained for the period you set, and deleted when it ends.
- A failed job escalates to a human on the first failure, not the third.
